Project | Safe, Portable, Light weight Ladder
In order to fulfil the requirements of module Engineering Design Methodology, the Project “” was selected. This project is about a ladder, focused on safety and portability. How I could design it. Ladder is made of a simple mechanism. However, it is a very useful equipment in many of theworks in many ways. Therefore, I have created a perfect ladder, which have those things I mentioned.
Project | Automated Irrigated System
This project has done through in www.fiverr.com (Freelancer work). In here, I have used M3-soft program and created suitable logic and PLC programming in order to given data by buyer. He sent me a brief description and he guide me through in online. There are two outputs (irrigation valves) are controlling by using three inputs (push button) and it is happening automatically. I have used prevent actions and timer to modify the program.

Project | Saving Energy by using sea waves
In order to fulfill the requirements of module Engineering Design, this Project was selected. This project is about energy saving concept by using sea waves, focused on safety and portability. How I could design it, used simple mechanisms and it is very useful to create a some kind of energy. This project is help to answer for the power crisis However, it is a very useful mechanism in many of the works in many ways. Therefore, I have created a perfect project design, which have those things I mentioned.

Project | Auto Adjustable Cable Winding Machine
This project is about cable winding machine done through in www.fiverr.com ( Freelancer work). Here I have attached the messages which is client has sent.
Hi, I would like to do a school project.
This is what I need to use, I will need to motors (#1 for winding the cable and #2 for the traverse) Maybe motor #1 could be a regular motor and motor #2 a servo working as a slave. You choose the motors and PLC if needed, maybe we can use this item only as I already have it (http://unitronicsplc.com/vision-series-vision700/)
1- I need to be able to input 2 dimensions (width and height of cable)
2- I need to be able to select from a drop down menu in the screen the spool size (Maybe have another admin screen where we can add or remove these items? These spools have dimensions that will be using for the traverse to go to the left or right)
3- I need my push buttons for emergency, manual or auto selections.
4- I need motor #2 to be a slave of motor #1 when you go faster in motor #1 the motor #2 must go faster too, so we can have an even layer of cable. We have the formula to calculate how much wire we can fit into the spool, maybe we can connect feet counter to sound an alarm telling us the spool it's at its maximum capacity?. I already have a touchscreen. The PLC is OK, as longest I can buy here and you trust in it. Also, the wire/cable outside diameter must be 2 variable inputs in the screen width could be 0.250" and height could be 0.250" meaning we have a round cable. The spool size it could be 18x12x8 H=18 T=12 B=8 inches (These spools are going to be select it from a drop-down list kind like this "Plastic 18x12x8" so they're fewer mistakes inputting data). Factor = (H + B) X (H) X (T) X (0.262)
Length of Cable/wire = Factor / (Cable/wire Diameter)2
According to above details I have created PLC ladder diagram and which type of PLC machine will be useful for this. Finally I completed the project 100% with client satisfaction and earned $300 from this project.
